List all the loaded modules in Apache (httpd server)

To list the loaded modules in Apache you could use one of the following commands:
apache2ctl -t -D DUMP_MODULES
httpd -M

Both commands should return something like:
apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 192.168.1.100 for ServerName
